Fatboy OS is the internal business portal used by Fatboy Vapors Alaska, Fatboy Vapors Oregon, and Carnahan & D’Sylva (“we”, “us”) and their staff. This policy explains what information Fatboy OS collects and how it is used. It applies only to Fatboy OS, not to our retail stores or the rest of this website.
Who can use Fatboy OS
Fatboy OS is available only to employees and authorized partners we invite. Anyone not on our access list is refused at sign-in.
Information we collect
From your Google account at sign-in: your name, email address, and profile picture. We request only the “openid”, “email”, and “profile” permissions. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or any other Google data through your sign-in.
Activity in the portal: sign-in times and changes you make, such as approvals and access settings, which we keep as an audit log.
Business records you work with: sales, inventory, purchasing, and expense records belonging to our companies, including receipts you upload for company card charges.
How we use it
We use this information only to sign you in, control what you can see, record who changed what, and run our business operations. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except service providers that host or process data for us (such as Google Cloud) under their own confidentiality and security obligations, or where required by law.
Google user data
Fatboy OS’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Data is stored on Google Cloud in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessible only to authorized staff according to their assigned role.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and audit records while you have access and as long as needed for business and legal purposes afterward. You can ask us to review or correct your information, or remove your access, by contacting us.
